What does dry needling actually do?

Dry needling involves the insertion of fine needles into the skin and muscle tissue to reduce muscular and trigger-point pain.

What are the risks of dry needling?

Side effects aren’t common, but could include bleeding or bruising at the needle insertion points. You may also experience dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, and an increase in pain for 24-48 hours after your treatment.
