Haru had just moved to Melbourne from Hong Kong after working in Tokyo and Osaka. He was incredibly stylish, skilled, patient, and paid great attention to detail. I had a wonderful experience with Fadz today. She is personable, warm and professional which made me feel I was in very good hands from the start and I was not wrong. I had the deluxe head spa and it was amazing. I doubt that you will find the same attention to detail in any other head spas in Melbourne. I look forward to going back to try the body massage.

I admired my neighbour’s lashes & asked who did them. She recommended Natalie but said they are all really good on there. I’d honestly forgotten what it’s like to get my eyelash extensions done professionally. Having moved to Melbourne in the last 12 months I tried 3 local ones on High St. I really don’t want to sound discriminatory but they were all Vietnamese & the glue & other products they used would sting, well burn really. I hate to think of the damage they do to your actual eyes. Natalie did a fantastic job & I won’t go anywhere else now.🙏🏻
