Sarah is great. Personally, I like a firm, hard massage, and Sarah's fingers are strong! She is so knowledgeable about natural therapies and the impact of particular massage on your biology. I love going to her for reflexology and deep tissue body massage. Her space is peaceful, clean and professional. She's brilliant!

Absolutely incredible massage! We booked a 2-hour session on our last day in town, and it was the best decision we could have made. The therapists were punctual, highly skilled, and the space was spotless and comfortable. The massage itself was outstanding — deeply relaxing with just the right amount of stretching. Wonderful and relaxing experience as usual. I’ve been attending regularly since 2012 and the standards are consistently impeccable, the setting is always relaxing and welcoming. I normally have deep tissue massage with Rachelle or Virginie, but alas Rachelle doesn’t do massage anymore and is focusing on managing the Team. This time I booked my appointment with Aneta, I was not disappointed, her massage was just as good as those I’ve had before. Aneta is an excellent practitioner, she was polite, attentive to my needs and checking that I was comfortable during the massage. Amazing hands Kudos.

The sister who carried out my Hijama made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job of the deep tissue massage, which has relieved a lot of pressure from my lower back. Since having my treatment I feel lighter, almost as though a heavy load has been lifted off my shoulder. The environment was clean and I will definitely return Insha’Allah.

I had such a great relaxing deep tissue massage. Jeanette checked and relieved the tension I was feeling in certain areas and gave me some great aftercare tips. I slept so well that night. I’m definitely going to make this a monthly self care appointment! Thank you so much!

I had a very good massage — the therapist was skilled, attentive, and really helped relieve my tension. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cold, but the therapist truly tried to keep me warm, which I appreciated. If the temperature were more comfortable, the experience would have been perfect.
