Elsa

With a background as a professional dancer, I have a deep understanding of the body, movement and tension. My degree in Psychology also shapes a holistic approach, recognising the connection between mind and body. I work intuitively and without judgement, meeting each person where they are and creating space to reconnect, listen, and feel more at home in their body.
