I’ve been having regular deep tissue massages for over six months with Sofie and can’t recommend her highly enough. She is extremely knowledgeable, takes time to understand what’s going on in your body, and works in a way that feels both effective and considered. Her understanding of fascia has helped me enormously, particularly with long-standing sticky fascia issues, and I’ve noticed a real improvement over time.
