Had my first ever infrared massage today. Sophie was amazing, super friendly and although I was a bit nervous about trying the infrared heat massage, Sophie put me at ease explaining what the treatment involved, what was happening every step of the way and how to take care of myself post massage. Me & my partner came here for a deep tissue massage. The massage itself was relaxing (so much that my other half fell asleep). The ladies who did our massage were very lovely.
