After seven weeks of physiotherapy with Steven I am now back to pretty much full mobility, after not being able to walk properly due to a massive hernia of a lumbar spine disc that I suffered in December. I recommend booking a session with Meral as she is a beautiful soul with a loving and warm energy. She makes you feel right at home and has an empathetic ear to listen to your issues. I arrived feeling quite stressed, worn out with an aching body and opted for cupping therapy which focused on all my problem areas. I left feeling deeply relaxed and floating in the clouds. I need to apologise to Meral for taking so long to leave a review, I'm not very organised and I will definitely visit her again for some more tlc 🥰🥰🥰

Meral makes you feel so welcome when you enter a serene space ✨ lovely chilled atmosphere. The cupping and facial package is honestly amazing, worth every second, your body gets used to the cups and after a wee while, you zone out and forget the cups are on you - extra bonus the cups are in the shape of a heart ♥️ Definitely booking in again for another experience 🤍✨

Lots of attention and excellent hands on physiotherapy

I have been having massages over the years in different places but this was my first time at Lumiere with Georgia. It was a really good experience and I will be back!

I had such an amazing experience today at Ark Massage Therapy. Andrew made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. I have PCOS and can feel self-conscious about my face being touched, but he put me at ease straight away. The massage itself was incredible Andrew is friendly, knowledgeable, and I learned so much from today’s session. I’ll definitely be booking in again soon 😀

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

I've been going to see John Neeson at this physio for quite some time, every time I go I feel its a great experience I do the exercises in relation to the therapy provided, always end up back in no time, I would without hesitation recommend this physio for all your physical therapy requirements
