This is my third session and each and every time I feel so much better when I leave then When I first arrived. The experience is very relaxing, it has minimal discomfort and helps me to feel so much more relaxed and energised. It’s private, it’s warm, it’s inviting and secure, Mona is really welcoming and professional, I don’t think I could have anyone else do hijama for me other than her because she’s honestly the best!

Such a beautiful space to relax and unwind. Used the infrared sauna facilities and quickly understanding the term “sauna is life”. The facilities are immaculate, calming and inviting everything you would expect from a wellness hub. Lastly the care the lovely owner shows is so rare in this day and age, always smiling and very helpful with all my questions it’s a pleasure supporting this fabulous business

What a beautiful and warm welcome to my first experience at Cura. All the facilities are meticulously kept and presented. From the fluffy white towels to the chilled complimentary bottles of spring water in the infrared sauna room it was such a beautiful space to unwind and focus on some wellness. Holistically all the gems are available for purchase from Celtic Sea Salt, Best of the Bone broth to your Shilajit not to mention the all star line up of vitamin. Told hubby while others buy take away coffees weekly this will be my spend…Gotta love girl maths ❤️
