I had an incredible experience! I have uneven eyes, and Katelyn was able to beautifully balance them. She took into account my personal preferences and recommended brown lashes with a C & LC curl to better suit my features. She carefully mapped everything out, walked me through each step, and took her time to meticulously create a lash look that truly compliments my eyes. The final result was so beautiful and everything I wanted! Katelyn's professionalism, experience, and talent make her an exceptional lash tech. My mother-in-law is in her 60's and has very sparse eyebrows. She has been wanting to get her eyebrows done but she was so scared. I reached out to a dozen artists and Ashley was so accommodating and friendly. She answered all my messages and kept giving my mother-in-law breaks as she gets vertigo and has arthritis. Ashley did combo brows on her and she absolutely loves it! We know a lot of family will not be coming to Ashley for their eyebrows. My technician was great and very professional. Sadly, the place is very small so a bit claustrophobic. My friend had a lash and brow tint. She was taken into small room, where some staff eating lunch beside her,,,,was not very spa like. Also, the lash tint really painful, burning sensation…..never had this at other salons. She liked the technician but not the product.

I love my brows and lashes, they turned out so well! Winter made my first experience with tinting and laminating a breeze.

This wonderful lady (sorry I forgot your name!) who did my lashes was so understanding to my needs and kind mannered. She also took account of my eye shape, eyelash length and what type of lashes I should get based on my overall face. I had some bushy eyebrows and she suggested I wax my eyebrows in order for the lashes to look better and so the lash glue would stick onto my eyelash hairs…. Meaning I have hair on my eyelids. Eyebrow shape turned out great. Would recommend this place to anyone who has almond eyes :)

It was my first time getting a brow lamination done and the whole process was so smooth and comfortable. The end result I LOVE so much and the direction of the hairs are literally perfect. She corrected my brows so they would match and tinted them to the perfect color!
