I had a haircut that wasn't quite right, and when I phoned them to ask if someone could do a quick tweak, they were super understanding, and gave me an appointment for the next day -- which turned out to be another full appointment with wash, cut, and blow-dry, leaving me with the haircut that I'd originally hoped for. Really great customer service!

Elysia blow dries my hair weekly and does an incredible job. I have very thick, unmanageable hair but she gets it smooth, frizz free and perfectly wavy every week. I also enjoy her chatting with her so much and look forward to our appointment every week. Don’t hesitate to book!

Jess is an absolute gem. From start to finish, every appointment I've ever had with her (& there have been loads!) has been genuinely professional. This time around, it was the T-section highlights with a complimentary toner, root touch-up, and an express blow-dry - perfectly balanced and natural. The colour is spot on. Clean, even, and beautifully blended seamlessly. My roots look fresh, and the finish feels healthy and polished. I would absolutely recommend Jess to anyone looking for someone who knows their craft and truly cares about the result. xx
