I had a haircut that wasn't quite right, and when I phoned them to ask if someone could do a quick tweak, they were super understanding, and gave me an appointment for the next day -- which turned out to be another full appointment with wash, cut, and blow-dry, leaving me with the haircut that I'd originally hoped for. Really great customer service!

Came to Brighton for a friend’s hen do and booked for a blowdry with Christine. Such a lovely experience and my hair looked great and lasted perfectly. Super speedy too, while still giving perfect service. Very happy and I’ll be booking in for the wedding weekend too!

Had such a lovely experience with Leah, she has such a good heart and is so knowledgeable. She also had such patience for all my questions about products and styling tips. Elysia blow dries my hair weekly and does an incredible job. I have very thick, unmanageable hair but she gets it smooth, frizz free and perfectly wavy every week. I also enjoy her chatting with her so much and look forward to our appointment every week. Don’t hesitate to book!
