First time at the salon in al wasl, the moroccan bath was absolutely amazing. Marie-Rose is very professional, attentive to detail and caring. The salon has a zen atmosphere. Everything went smooth. The only feedback I would add is to confirm with client that you are charging for drying the hair (not even a full blow dry) which for me shouldn’t have been charged as I was told that I would pay only for the hair wash. Visited Barsha Branch for the first time and booked for Russian gel manicure. It was beautifully done by Rahat. The only one thing I experienced that it took her too long (more than 2 hrs) to finish my manicure and lil bit of the finishing doen’t look the standard of Reign. Although I loved the variety of gel colors they had to choose from. Another service was done by Fatma who took care of my balayage, haircut and blow-dry; She was good at her work. And not to forget their complimentary drinks, its such a cute gesture. Highly recommend to visit for hair, nails and any other beauty services !

I went with my Friend for her birthday, we came from Germany and discovered that amazing place with very friendly staff. Especially a great thanks and amazing job to Amina she did an amazing job with the morroccan bath and the blow dry after!!!! I was really able to relax and she was so sweet and nice! One of my fav places to get my hair services done. I got here once to get a full hair color in copper and I was so happy with the results, since then, they have been giving me free blowdry’s every year on my birthday. They have a way of making the customer feel special. Grateful!

Aisha has amazing touch on the hair and so does the other nail staff Ellen the receptionist was extremely nice One comment though , it would be an exceptional experience if you provide the extra products to take care of the hair as this is something we miss in the saloons over here for example the spray cream for a smoother shinier blow dry , the free oil treatments , the products that protect the hair from heat before the blow dry..... thank you Sanar

the morrocan bath was so good i was super clean after it and then i blowdryded my hair by Micheal he was super fast. within 20 minutes i was done with my whole hair and it was exactly what i wanted i would definitely come back here thank you guys!!
