The girls in Al Barsha Branch are amazing but the management does not care for the clients as they confuse customers by double booking in other branches without the knowledge of the stylist and sending stylist to another branch whilst the stylist is still doing the services especially hair . It’s ok n no value for money even if customer has a hair cut they do not give a blow dry as management has asked the staff not to do so . If you want to stay in market the management needs to be flexible with staff and customers after all the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT .

First time at the salon in al wasl, the moroccan bath was absolutely amazing. Marie-Rose is very professional, attentive to detail and caring. The salon has a zen atmosphere. Everything went smooth. The only feedback I would add is to confirm with client that you are charging for drying the hair (not even a full blow dry) which for me shouldn’t have been charged as I was told that I would pay only for the hair wash. Overall experience was great. Thank you

Visited Barsha Branch for the first time and booked for Russian gel manicure. It was beautifully done by Rahat. The only one thing I experienced that it took her too long (more than 2 hrs) to finish my manicure and lil bit of the finishing doen’t look the standard of Reign. Although I loved the variety of gel colors they had to choose from. Another service was done by Fatma who took care of my balayage, haircut and blow-dry; She was good at her work. And not to forget their complimentary drinks, its such a cute gesture. Highly recommend to visit for hair, nails and any other beauty services !

One of my fav places to get my hair services done. I got here once to get a full hair color in copper and I was so happy with the results, since then, they have been giving me free blowdry’s every year on my birthday. They have a way of making the customer feel special. Grateful!

Hassan is an incredible stylist. I come here regularly for blow dries. He listens and advises what would suit me, I am an avid fan of this salon. The staff are so welcoming, they’re fun and are obviously experts in their field.

Mona is an amazing hairdresser! Highly recommend her for any services: haircuts, blow dry and any coloring too.

I recently visited HS Saloon for a blow dry and mani-pedi, and I had an amazing experience. And what impressed me the most about was the friendly and professional staff . and the saloon had a relaxing ambiance with soothing music and comfortable seating. Overall, I highly recommend HS Salon.The skilled stylists, attention to detail, and friendly staff create a truly enjoyable salon visit. I will definitely be returning for more services in the future.

Late advice but they srill accomodated my hair color request that was done till closing time last Jul 31,2025. I was also given hot chocolate drink while waiting for hair color to settle. The Filipina hairdresser was attentive and kind. Hair color, my preferred one was well done and of good quality. My scalp did not dry.

Superb hammam treatment by Mary and blow dry by Eli ! The salon is very beautiful and neat. One comment : the hammam experience would be enhanced if client was provided with disposable slippers and better quality towels.
