Sian always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable, which is no small thing when you’re having an intimate wax,full leg wax and under arm .She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which instantly puts you at ease. Fresha doesn’t give the proper address or a contact number when booking, so it was a little fraught getting there! Wonderful that appointments are really flexible and go late into the evening! Such a lovely lady and was literally there hours and didn’t feel on a clock at all! Came away with perfectly polished toes and a new set of nails and only booked a few hours before. Lovely experience, will book again! X

Micro needling. Before and aftercare advice was exceptional. When I arrived Daniella went through everything with me and explained how the treatment was going to be performed. This was my first experience of micro needling and I was a little nervous. But Daniella’s professionalism and caring manor put me at ease. Everything felt clean and clinical. My treatment went very well I am extremely pleased and can see a significant improvement after one treatment.Daniella went through the after care and provided an aftercare leaflet. I also purchased medical grade aftercare products.
