Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

I'm so happy with the results of my brow trio service! This includes lamination, tinting, and shaping. I also opted the brow mapping add-on (trust me, it's worth it!) It was so cool to go through the process and learn more about my brows through the service. Twinkle is super kind and lovely to work with. Her online booking system is super user friendly, and she goes through the steps with you to understand what is happening. The mapping was the coolest part, seeing all the thought that goes into evening out the brows. I cannot stop looking in the mirror!! ❤️

Samantha was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my laser treatment. She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions, which really put me at ease. The treatment itself was smooth and much easier than I expected. I got my make-up done for my friends wedding and absolutely loved it! I got so many compliments from people that said my make-up was the best of the day. The service was friendly and fun. I would come back in a heartbeat whenever I need make-up done in Hamilton! Cannot recommend enough.

The experience was wonderful! I was able to book an appointment. I needed to come in a little bit earlier and they were able to accommodate me. They did a fantastic job with the threading and the waxing. I had my eyebrows and my lip done. Friendly and professional team. I will be booking here again, this is definitely going to be my new eyebrow and lip Place, highly recommend!
