I’ve been going to Lady Ming for quite a few years, and today was the most amazing day. Her young protégé finished off my facial with an “Ice Lotus” Facial. It was almost spiritual, and I would recommend it to every person out there to request this.

Great facial, really enjoyed it and will book again. I have had facials at a variety of places, many costing more than here. They have a wide variety of services but it is more Iike having an a la carte facial. Great to customize but also takes away from the relaxation aspect when so many options and add ons. Particularly didn’t like that they charge $5 per whitehead extraction when already paying for cleansing facial. This is also the first place I have been using disposable cloths for facial which is incredibly wasteful.

I have been a customer with Lady Ming for many years. I have facials, manicures, pedicures and the best waxing in the city...and it's always great. Ming and her assistant provides amazing service and puts the time in to ensure the best possible experience. Their customer service is second to none, exceeding my expectations every time. Pricing is fair and definitely value for your money.
