J&J are an awesome duo! Jas and Jules worked their magic to create exactly the hairstyle I wanted. They listened so patiently to every tiny detail (and trust me, I was very specific 😅). By the end of the session, I was completely wowed by the results. I have super thick hair that’s definitely not easy to manage — even I get tired of dealing with it, lol — but they handled it like pros. Jess was incredibly meticulous in her cutting and shaping, and she consistently ensured my comfort throughout the process. Jess truly helped me feel at ease, very friendly and with her expertise, I was delighted with the outcome. First impressions last and I am impressed, thank you Jess.
