Jeni is a fabulous therapist who offers a wide menu of services using tier one brands such as Elemis. Over the years I have tried quite a few therapists, however I always return to Jeni, as I know I will be happy with the results of her work, be that a facial, nails, waxing or a wonderful massage. Gemma is brilliant, she always does such a great job with my eyebrows, shaping and tinting and waxing appointments. Never have to worry, always does a really professional job with ease, she is also really lovely, and puts you at ease. I had double booked my original appointment by accident and despite how busy they are with Christmas she was able to squeeze me in and change my appointment so I didn’t miss out. Highly recommend Gems Beauty, especially Gemma, great team and service.

I had a back massage with Lou, and it was exactly what I needed. She was incredibly friendly and took the time to listen to my preferences, adjusting the pressure to suit my needs. Usual great male intimate wax treatment from Jen. Jen makes you relax as she does the treatment . I’m so glad I’ve found her and able to do male intimate waxing.

What could be more than any recommended feedback than the 10 years plus of the professional repeat treatments I have experienced.

This was my first time at Tides of Relaxation and Jenna was brilliant. I'd had trouble with my booking (my fault) but Jenna was able to accommodate me at short notice for a bikini line and leg wax. Super quick, minimal pain, beautiful premises and top notch customer service from Jenna. Thank you!
