Hiba was great, she was very friendly. I had a consultation appointment, where she listened to everything that i wanted done. I made an appointment with her a couple days later and she had remembered everything we talked about. I got the colour that i wanted, and the cut that i requested, she was amazing. The staff in the salon is very friendly and attentive. I was asked if I needed anything from something to drink or if i needed a bathroom break thru out the 3 hours that i was there. I would definitely recommend this salon, and I will be back to see Hiba again.

Great facility, welcoming staff!!! A must needed addition to the outlet mall. They are very accommodating to specific client needs as well, such as private room for hair services/ face threading. Reasonably priced as well. Much needed addition to the Windsor Outlet Mall. Will definitely be back regularly.

Kiran was great! Very friendly and professional. I had my eyebrows threaded by her and she was quick and efficient. I have many many years of experience having my eyebrows threaded, and she worked quick and made it painless. Will definitely return! It was very convenient to have this service offered in the salon as you can get a blowout and eyebrows waxed/threaded in the same place. Very convenient and will come back again!

Kelly did my make up for a special event and she did a wonderful job and it was beautiful and everything I asked for was done. Hiba did my hair and it was gorgeous! Services here were warm, kind and helpful from all the staff I encountered today! Thank you for the fabulous experience, I will definitely be returning in the future :)
