My experience was absolutely amazing. I have very thick hair and Hiba was able to work with it amazingly. It went by very quick. I got my hair washed cut dried and straightened in literally one hour. It was absolutely amazing, and they even had a private room for people who cover their hair.

Lydia is great, very respectful and she cares about her job and her clients. She was very honest with me as when I asked if she had noticed a difference yet she said, no not much, which is what I found at that point . She was honest and said the next ones should show us an improvement. We will see if it happens or if I am one that it will not work on.

I had a really good experience here! The staff were polite & friendly. I had my hair washed, cut and styled. The hair wash was gentle and thorough. The hair cut was perfect, exactly what I wanted! Im fussy with my hair and I was made to feel at ease during my first visit today. The hairdresser checked throughout as she cut that she was styling it as I wanted. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be back! So easy to book online too!

Great little spa, the massage was amazing and relaxing and beneficial working all the right stops that I needed work on. Pedicures were nice and relaxing. The spa is clean, staff is professional, always asking and making sure we are doing ok. We aren’t from the area but came down to Windsor for our wedding anniversary and would definitely come back again to the spa.

Emma is professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services she offers. I have had my eyebrows done with powder brow (less invasive as micro blading) I’ve also had many facial procedures to help my aging skin. 🩷 Emma

So don’t laugh but this was my first real facial, and I have a kid in university! I always wanted to do something good for my troubled skin, but no me time. Acne, oily, large pores, black heads and blemish prone skin for life! Always covered by great concealers and foundation. Today EMMA went to town and derma-planed my age away; added a glycolic peel and infused it with a collagen hydrating mask. AWESOME! I appreciate how she explained the process. Yolmeris was beyond kind and maticulous to detail...and very understanding with my sensitive blue eyes. ( FYI. . Tanning bed glasses!!! Game changer!!!) I left with a stunning pair of brows and my confidence level-sky high. I didn't just gain self-esteem...I gained a new friend!
