The massage was lovely, but felt like I was cut short of time. My appointment was 10am, I got called in at 10:04, when she took me to the room and told me to get undressed into just my underwear I explained I only had a rope and swimsuit on so won’t take me long. She then came back into the 5 minutes later so treatment started at 10:09. She then finished the massage at 10:52 which was 3 minutes earlier than it should have been, so feel like I’ve lost nearly 15 minutes of treatment. Like I said the message was lovely and very relaxing but felt like I did miss out a little with the time.

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the massages and both masseuses where lovely the spa was nice but I think that the steam room could be cleaned a bit better apart from this all facility’s were great! We will be coming back soon hopefully !

The spa and afternoon tea was perfect. Lovely spa facilities and a fabulous afternoon tea on the stunning terrace afterwards. Excellent value. We will be back and will include some treatments next time.

A lovely time in the spa for my daughter’s birthday followed by a facial and back , neck and shoulder massage which was really nice. A plentiful afternoon tea was also enjoyed with good service. Only bad points- showers were Luke warm , no cups for water in the relaxation lounge and outside areas look run down but we enjoyed our time together. Thankyou

I was really lucky to get a walk-in appointment. CiCi did my hair, and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and created a style to suit the in-between phase my hair was in so that it'll grow out well. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Added bonus, they're dog friendly! I'll definitely be going back to Level Hair and Beauty in Ryde again. It's always a little daunting going to a new for the first time, plus a long time; but I can definitely recommend giving Level Hair and Beauty a go. I was very happy!
