Very thorough. Worked very hard on releasing my shoulder tension and scapula pain. Did feel sore and stiff for 24 hours after but have noticed a huge difference with my scapula pain having reduced. And can turn my head without stiffness. Nit for the faint hearted though as is very deep tissue indeed.

Had an Indian head massage, and with every movement I kept getting tingles. And when having the scalp massage at one point it felt as if there was more than two hands.
