This was my first time visiting Leah, and certainly won’t be the last. She creates a safe, calming environment. I had a deep tissue massage and a facial, and needless to say… it was needed! I had the most wonderful morning at Bamboo. Kirsty was so welcoming and I felt so at ease chatting away whilst having my nails done. Afterwards I had a massage and facial and I came away feeling like a new woman. Everything was tailored to what I wanted to achieve and she was so kind and accommodating. I recently visited Soma and had a microneedling session. Having had this treatment done before with various different practitioners Natalie is in a league of her own! I had a lovely relaxing mini facial to prep my skin before so that I was more relaxed for the needling itself. Natalie took her time and overall I had a lovely experience. Im now booked in for a monthly skin care session with her. A cheeky prosecco and a gossip beforehand made it all the better! Thanks Nat xxx

Excellent service and very user friendly opening hours, this seems to be unique in Kidderminster at present.

Franki is so approachable and lovely but still professional . Very in depth with the consultation to tailor the treatment. Franki was understanding about my medical history that is quite a unique situation and made me feel comfortable . Room was clean and even the toilet!!! The massage was wonderful. It was firm in the right spots and the facial massage was bliss and de stressing. There were small touches that didn’t go unnoticed such as heating on, heated blanket, cold bottle of water etc would recommend and would go again . Glisten and glow is affordable too. Thank you x

My first time at Glisten and Glow today and WOW. Francesca is so talented. I had the full body massage and luxury facial and my skin is glowing! Massage was also amazing and I was the quietest I have ever been as I was soooo relaxed I was nearly asleep! Highly recommend and will defo be visiting again :-) xxx
