I arrived for my appointment very nervous but Heidi was fantastic and went through every step of my microblading procedure, I would rate the pain 0 to 1, my whole experience was great and my brows look amazing, day after my appointment I have no swelling no redness, I can’t wait to carry on with my journey.

End result is AMAZING, they look great and I can’t wait for them to heal fully. Yesterday I visited Charlie for angel lashes and henna brows …. As my eyebrows don’t respond to the normal dye …. Charlie went above and beyond to make sure my eyebrows came out like I wanted …. Applying henna in stages … her attention to detail and making sure her client is completely happy with there treatments.today I returned to Charlie for gel nails and toe nails amazing job as ever ….. totally relaxed and feeling glam…. Thankyou so much couldn’t recommend this amazing woman enough ….Goes above and beyond always ❤️

So impressed with this lady I took my friend there to ha e her eyebrows done and now.my client to have her lashes done. She is more expensive than the usual places however the quality is alot better and she works very fast so it means you can squeeze it in to your busy day. My client was very happy with her lashes and she is hard to please so what more can I say. I had my brows fixed here, my lashes done here as well as waxing all over. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I go there for wax, lips, eyelashes and eyebrows and she is Grrrreat! 2 of us had our eyebrows ruined by Chelsea's Beauty in Walsall and the damage was severe so Jess is now fixing that for us but it is a challenge, yet she pulled it off so well and has us looking normal again. She is professional, transparent, and honest, rather than saying yes to anything to grab your money.
