It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! I was anxious as it’s my 1st time having anything done at a beauty parlour. Well I can honestly say that I was anxious for nothing. I was made to feel relaxed, calm and safe. Such a luxurious facial and massage experience - I feel thoroughly pampered, super relaxed, and loved every minute of these treatments. By far the best facial and massage experience I've had from any salon in the Folkestone/Cheriton area.

Stacey showed she cared and was concerned to make sure that at no time did she cause me any pain while working on my back and arms . Very easy to get on with , would recommend her to anyone .

I have had back ache for as long as I can remember, had a massage earlier today and feel so much better already, Stacey really knows her trade, already booked my next session.

Excellent service. Had a better night’s sleep with no back pain. Shall be going more often.
