This was my first time at RenewU and the total experience was awesome. I enjoyed my back and neck message. Kimberlina ensure that the pressure applied was just right. I felt all my tension releasing. Now let's talk about the foot scrub, it was sooooo nice and the machine that then massages your toes and bottom foot was a welcoming and surprising touch as I've never seen that at any other spa. Exceptional Service!!! I Booked A Swedish Massage... As a starter.... Location is just right.... The area is quiet and very tranquil... We were welcomed very nicely and it was a nice cozy and wonderful experience.... The massage was amazing! Attention to areas of tension and strain and they made me feel at home... Definitely a 5 star experience for me and I'll be back shortly... Kiani is great, we started the appointment talking about my pain and the history of it. She was very informative about what could be the cause, what areas she would focus on for the massage and advised on steps I should take following the appointment. The massage was amazing, naturally came with a bit of discomfort due to my built up tension in the area but I could feel a difference immediately once those knots were relieved. Thank you Kiani!

I JUST WANT TO SAY THIS IS MY FIRST TIME GETTING WAXED AND I WENT IN EXPECTING TO BE IN A WHOLE LOT OF PAIN BUT IN REALITY IT WASN'T AT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING. KHADIJA TOOK HER TIME AND WAS VERY GENTLE WITH ME THE ENTIRE TIME, SHE SPOKE TO ME CRACKED SOME JOKES, TOLD ME I WAS DOING GREAT EVEN BETTER THAN SHE THOUGHT I WOULD SINCE I WAS SOOOOO NERVOUS. The page doesn't have enough stars for me to give to Keisha. Excellent costumer service from day 1 back in 2023 your comfort is her #1 priority. Professionalism on point its almost 3 years and counting I have been a client is a clear sign you wouldn't regret going to her.
