In 20 years, and with numerous different waxers, Danielle is by far the BEST. Not only was it the least painful, most precise wax I’ve had.. she makes you feel totally comfortable, perfect for waxing newbies. I had a Polished Manual Facial yesterday and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was very relaxed and made to feel comfortable. The facial included a neck, shoulder and arm massage as well as a wonderful face massage. I felt very relaxed afterward and will return for another next month. It was the best facial massage I have ever had as it felt like a proper professional massage, rather than just a light touch.

I just had an eyebrow and eyelash tint and the experience was fabulous. I feel really bad because I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did it, but she was fantastic with me (it was my first time). We had a nice conversation and she was very gentle and considerate of any pain when waxing and plucking. She’s definitely worked with people who’ve had eyebrow colouring for the first time, and was very reassuring when they came out a bit darker than expected. I cannot recommend her enough because she was fantastic with me, and I will definitely be coming back at some point!

I had a wax, massage & facial appointment today with Harri. She made me feel so at ease having a Hollywood wax, it was like being in the room with a friend. The massage was so relaxing! This shop where I got my eyebrows Micro-bladed is a fantastic shop in Torquay Union Street next to Nationwide Bank has the most pleasant staff. They did the most Professionally skilled job between the both staff who work together in the job to make your time there pleasant and relaxed. Anyone who wants to visit for a load of aesthetic jobs on their list. I would give them both 10/10 for the work they did on my eyebrows and their lovely personalities I noticed and will go back for another browse to see if I can have anything else done at one point. I hope you go inside check what they offer.

Everyone at The Wax Room is amazing. Super friendly staff, fabulous treatments and no request is ever too much. Kates an expert waxer who puts you at ease instantly! Harriets nail magic is awesome and her nail art is fabulous! Charlotte also works wonders! Thank you all!! x
