Exactly what I was after, ideal set up, very clean and professional. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who clearly practice what they preach. If you’re struggling this time of year to get water cold enough to do the job, this is the place to go, alternating with the ice bath and sauna really helps make the most of the cold exposure, I will most certainly be visiting again, highly recommend 👍

Always wonderful treatments. Would like to see a low stool available to help get up on the bed as a little high for the short person

Fan-bloody-tastic new wellness business, cannot recommend highly enough. Joe was welcoming and enthusiastic, and the facilities are beautiful. For anyone thinking about doing the hot-cold therapy who hasn't tried it before, you absolutely won't regret it: we left Rise feeling alive and vital, what a buzz.
