I had such a great experience with my Hollywood wax appointment. The therapist was friendly, professional, and talked me through everything. The treatment itself was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail. The therapist made the experience as comfortable as possible and was very gentle throughout. I’m happy with the results—my skin feels so smooth, the finish is flawless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning for my next appointment. Had a great experience with Isobel. She was very knowledgeable and gave tailored, personal advice to give me a really natural look (which I’ve struggled to get elsewhere). On top of that, it was the least painful waxing experience of my life. And she really knows her products. Will definitely be back.
