All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

I have been using services from Micky since more than 7 years now. She has always been and still is absolutely fabulous. Her precision with body waxing is amazing, making sure I am fully comfortable with proper wax temperature check and no hair left after. It’s always great visiting lashed in London for my lash lift and tint. Tarrian is so talented at what she does and makes you feel so comfortable, walking you through every step, being so gentle with your lashes and giving great advice. It is such a peaceful studio and you can tell they have put a lot of thought into helping clients feel relaxed. I have been here for my hen do lashes and will be back for my honeymoon lash. Just started to get into waxing and I was a bit nervous about the pain, however Kelsey made the experience pain free. Amazing service and I’ll 100% be coming back.
