Lucy was very professional. She has a welcoming smile and a brilliant personality which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The whole experience was amazing. It was my first time having a head spa and Lucy explained everything that was going to happen. As soon as she started I felt the stress dissolving, it was so relaxing and I will be going back and I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends. I had my eyebrows wax as well and they are just how I like them. The pedicure was the best I have ever had, and my feet feel great. Definitely gets the thumbs up from me

Lucy was utterly incredible. Made me feel conokelety comfortable from the very stat, explaining everything. The scalp assessment was fascinating before heading into the most relaxing head spa ever! The various parts of the treatment were all so relaxing and it was an incredibly sensory experience. Something I will definitely be adding to a regular routine. The experience at Hellen Brandao Beauty was excellent as ever💕As a relative newbie to wax treatments. Excellent from start to finish. Suzie was welcoming and friendly, showed exceptional care and attention. There was a faultless selection of appropriate earrings and Suzie took her time to explain the process and aftercare to my daughter. She wasn’t rushed through it and made my daughter feel completely at ease. Clean and comfortable surroundings. Absolutely no complaints. Fantastic service, one happy daughter!
