I really like the owner as a person. She is real, personable, down to earth and has a very chill vibe. I thought my pedicure was a 3/5. It was good, but wasn't great. It just wasn't spectacular and unfortunately I've had much better pedicures. Also I'm unsure if it is her idea or the pay app she is using, but starting the tipping at 45% is RIDICULOUS. Like tipping culture has gotten way out of hand if you want to start the tipping at that price. I'm rating the overall experience a 4/5 because I have a lot of respect for the owner, and I want to support local, female owned businesses.

Amazing! I had gel nails and wanted them removed. Alisha was very careful and took the time to remove them properly without damaging my own nails. I then received an amazing manicure which felt incredible and left my nails, hands and arms feeling so soft. It was such a relaxing manicure and I would HIGHLY suggest getting one at Boss Beauty. Alisha removed an old set of eyelashes from another clinic I was not happy with and listened to my concerns. She was able to build me my dream set of lashes that matched my face and eye shape while still looking natural.
