Katrina was so patient in answering my many questions before and during my session (which I absolutely enjoyed - especially the hot towel treatment). Compared to other facials I have had, I noticed a difference, even Geoff stated that my skin looked better (and he notices NOTHING). I look forward to returning to have Katrina perform her magic on another facial and special treatment. She recommended for me to consider needling, which I would never have thought of. Working with Ate Lai on my acne prone skin journey since September. Combining the laser treatment and the derma facial in between sessions. So far I am seeing a change after evey session. Her advises and knowledge has helped me with post care and everything else in between. Highly recommended.

This was my first time at Fourth Avenue and Ella was amazing! The facial was fantastic! She listened to everything and applied it during the appointment. This was my first time at Kilai. I managed to talk my Husband into coming for his first facial with me ( a couples facial ) 😂. Surprisingly he said he thought he was not going to like It but did. He actually loves it ! The girls made our experience a very enjoyable one filled with laughter. They explained what they were doing at all times and made myself and my Husband very comfortable. My facial with Ashley was wonderful! Her gentle touch was soothing as was the peaceful music. Ashley created a quiet space where excessive talking was not necessary, while she still explained what she was doing and answered questions. The products used felt good on my skin. My face feels deeply moisturized and looks rejuvenated !
