Katrina was so patient in answering my many questions before and during my session (which I absolutely enjoyed - especially the hot towel treatment). Compared to other facials I have had, I noticed a difference, even Geoff stated that my skin looked better (and he notices NOTHING). I look forward to returning to have Katrina perform her magic on another facial and special treatment. She recommended for me to consider needling, which I would never have thought of. Great facial treatment by Ate Vera and iv drip by Ate Janice. I was nervous in both as needles are involved but they were all supportive and making a lot of distraction for my pain. 😆 No pain, No gain! 😅 Thank you to Ate Lai for the yellow squishy ball. 😊 There was a lot of laughter and encouraging in the mix with all three wonderful ladies of KiLai. ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommended to all who wants to feel their best, may it be your health or your skin, KiLai have the solution for it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This was my first time at Kilai. I managed to talk my Husband into coming for his first facial with me ( a couples facial ) 😂. Surprisingly he said he thought he was not going to like It but did.
