My daughter and I had a fab time getting our hair done this morning. Sophie did my hair and she was so lovely and knowledgeable, I was firing all sorts of questions about styling my hair and she was brilliant. Charlotte was sooo lovely and patient with my fidgety 5 year old and somehow managed to do a gorgeous cut despite the wiggling. The girls in the salon made our little bit of girl time super special, we'll definitely be back again ❤️

Verity is great! Super knowledgeable about injury recovery, specifically around my knee scar tissue from a recent surgery.. Pressure was spot on throughout!

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

My first visit to salon had a blow dry by Cristina she was very professional excellent blow dry will visit again when I'm next in Llandudno

I had a wonderful massage experience with Mia. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. Mia is incredibly professional, warm, and attentive — she really listens and tailors the session to your needs. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it easy to switch off and enjoy the moment. Her technique was spot on, and I left feeling both refreshed and deeply relaxed. It’s clear she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I booked online for a wash/B/W Stephanie did an amazing job of my hair which is frizzy and she did a spectacular job of drying it smooth. The salon is friendly & warm yet organised & professional. I will be going back on my next trip to Llandudno 🥰
