My mum and I really enjoyed the Japanese head spa. It felt lovely, a nice sensation and was very relaxing. After we both had reflexology and so it was a proper head to toe treat. Already booked for another treatment. So friendly too and felt very comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend. I receive such a warm and friendly welcome and was immediately put at ease. Eleri is incredibly knowledge and took the time to explain everything and answered my questions. Their friendly approach and attention to detail made my experience enjoyable and relaxing. I was badly in need for a Pressotherapy treatment from Mia having not been able to attend her clinic for many weeks. It was the perfect treatment for me and my tired and aching body. I felt so much better afterwards, more relaxed, and slept well and my energy was up. Mia is such a great practitioner. Calming, knowledgeable and caring.

Fabulous 5 stars all round 101% recommend I have very high standards with hair and a lot of hairdressers find it hard to cut my hair and I always leave with uneven hair or longer bits than others , but Adam didn’t it’s perfect he cut my hair and my daughter hair , two very happy customers left with amazing cuts and styles after having one-to-one experience totally focused on me and my hair thank you ! Relaxing atmosphere no interruption with phones calls as it’s all booked on refresher love it ! He is a busy bee and worth waiting for an appointment.

Brilliant 🤩 Adam takes time to understand what you want, gives advice , then cuts and colours just as discussed. My hair feels lovely and two people have made lovely comments within an hour of me leaving the salon. Thank you Adam
