Just had another back massage from Nikky at Body and Soul (Exmouth), and as with her previous massage treatment, she worked her magic and again reduced my constant back pain levels with her brilliant massage technique.

A excellent deep tissue massage! I left feeling relaxed and had no remaining tension in my back and shoulders. Kirsty was fabulous and so professional. An excellent experience all round!

I would definitely recommend spending an afternoon here. It was a beautiful experience and so relaxing
