Kirsty is brilliant and I always leave after my massage feeling relaxed & less stressed. Her treatment room has such a lovely ambiance & her knowledge is second to none. I go monthly for a full body massage as I work on my feet. Priceless!

Kathryn is an absolute angel. I really need a winter pick me up and I’ve come away feeling like fantastic. I had PDO threads and lip filler today. Kathryn is very gentle and reassuring. I’ve had these treatments before and was extremely happy with the results. She is professional and great company, creating an all round super experience. Already discussed my next appointment. The Exmouth location is really lovely and easy to find.

Just had another back massage from Nikky at Body and Soul (Exmouth), and as with her previous massage treatment, she worked her magic and again reduced my constant back pain levels with her brilliant massage technique.
