I met Sharon for the first time today and had the most amazing treatment, without doubt the best massage I have ever had. Sharon was professional, knowledgeable and her room was calming, comfortable and the perfect place to relax. Just had another back massage from Nikky at Body and Soul (Exmouth), and as with her previous massage treatment, she worked her magic and again reduced my constant back pain levels with her brilliant massage technique.

Sharon is absolutely incredible. I have gone to other masseuses and she is by far the best. Not only for her skills but her customer/client service makes me feel relaxed and she is very present. I can tell she wants to give her clients the best experience. Very good at communicating and making sure I’m getting what I need prior too appointment. Either in Exmouth or Cranbrook, she will let you know! My massage yesterday was incredibly holistic, I felt a shift/release. I’ll be continuing to be a client of Sharon. X
