Always a great experience with every treatment I've had and today I had a Facial Dermaplaning treatment for the first time. It was amazing and so relaxing! Highly recommended. The team at F.I.A in Diss are just lovely. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a Pulsing Therapy session with Hanna today, and it was absolutely incredible. I felt safe, supported and deeply relaxed the entire time. The gentle rhythmic movements helped release so much tension from my body — I didn’t even realise how much I was holding inside. After the session I felt lighter, calmer and more connected to myself. It’s a beautiful experience that everyone should try at least once. She has such warm, healing energy and truly knows how to create a space where your body can let go and restore. It’s magical. ✨

I recently tried pulsing therapy at The Heart Space in Diss, and it was a wonderful experience. The treatment is very gentle and relaxing, yet it has a deep effect. I felt my stress melt away, my body loosened up, and I slept much better afterwards. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and I left feeling both physically and mentally lighter. I would highly recommend this therapy to anyone looking for stress relief, better sleep, or support with pain and recovery.

I just had the most incredible stone therapy session, and wow — I didn’t expect it to feel this good. The warm stones melted away all the tension in my back and shoulders, and the relaxation was so deep it felt like a full-body reset. I walked out feeling calm, recharged and genuinely renewed. Yet again Annabelle turned my frown upside down. She is a total star of knowing exactly what needs doing to make you feel a hundred dollars. I must also say witnessing Alice (owner) with a young child touched my heart. She was kind, patient and professional. So whether you’re 2 years old or 82 years old these incredible people will look after you. The absolute best salon in Diss.
