I recently tried pulsing therapy at The Heart Space in Diss, and it was a wonderful experience. The treatment is very gentle and relaxing, yet it has a deep effect. I felt my stress melt away, my body loosened up, and I slept much better afterwards. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and I left feeling both physically and mentally lighter. I would highly recommend this therapy to anyone looking for stress relief, better sleep, or support with pain and recovery.
