I visited Lily’s Salon for the very first time today, and Grace was an amazing hairstylist. She pays great attention to detail, constantly checks in, and makes sure you get exactly what you want. Mum and I both came for appointments together. I was with Alice and Mum was with Ellie. They were accommodating to a request, when booking the appointments, of Mum not being able to walk upstairs so they ensured a space was available downstairs and we sat together. This was Mum's first time at Lily's and she loved the salon experience and the cut/blowdry from Ellie. As always I was happy with my cut and blow-dry from Alice. We walked out feeling fabulous. Always made to feel welcome and offered a drink. The products smell amazing and you can earn a free treatment with their loyalty card too. My hair is looking shiny and healthy after my hair cut. I have fine straight hair and I am always very happy with the result after visiting Lily’s.

Yet again Annabelle turned my frown upside down. She is a total star of knowing exactly what needs doing to make you feel a hundred dollars. I must also say witnessing Alice (owner) with a young child touched my heart. She was kind, patient and professional. So whether you’re 2 years old or 82 years old these incredible people will look after you. The absolute best salon in Diss.
