Lucy is fabulous, her lamination skills are second to none. My eyelashes have never been so long, Lucy recommended a serum, it's lasted 7 months, which is incredible in itself. The result is that I have to wear my glasses lower down on my nose as they brush the lenses every time I blink 😁 my brows look the best they have looked in 30 years 😍 she's truly the best in bromsgrove.

Kay was amazing, made me feel right at ease as we chatted away and shes experienced with what she does. She checked in on me throughout the process in case I was feeling any discomfort (which I didn't) or wanted to change my mind about anything/happy to continue. I would 100% recommend and be glad to return

The most amazing experience! Abi was so lovely, so playful and supportive.
