It’s Scruffie’s third time at Pet Basket, but he’s not new to Raena as she has been grooming him since he was a puppy. She always does an amazing job, and his haircut is consistently on point — he still looks good even after more than 3 weeks. Raena is skilled, knowledgeable, and very gentle with pets, so you can definitely entrust your fur baby to her without worries. Thank you, Raena, for always taking such good care of Scruffie!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Felicia at Cloud Pet Grooming! 🐶✨ Felicia took such amazing care of Hero and Benji throughout their grooming session. Bobby always enjoys his grooming sessions with his favourite groomer, Raena. 🐶❤️ That’s one of the reasons we followed her when she moved to a new place! Very experienced n caring groomers. Takes good care of my dog with cancer, made sure he's ok during grooming n still get the job done. They assigned a 2nd groomer to help hold him up without extra charge. Really grateful. Took pics n video to assure me he's ok. Highly recommended
