Akmal understands what I wanted. I wanted a slick back taper fade haircut & that’s exactly what I got. He gets that I’m trying to grow my hair, so I appreciate that he did not over-trim the top part, only trim the split ends. Some hairstylist/barber may just overlook this minor info so i think it’s worth mentioning his attention to details!

I’ve had four haircuts at Grease Monkey now, and this was my second time with Ed. Walked in thinking I wanted to cut my hair short and showed him a few references, but Ed took the time to understand what I was going for and suggested a direction that ended up working much better for me. The final result was different from what I initially had in mind, but in the best way possible. I really appreciate when a barber doesn’t just follow a reference blindly, but considers what actually suits the person. Highly recommend Ed!

Bodeiga is a very modern barber shop with skilled barbers. The barbers are able deliver the desired haircut requested and has a relaxing after-cut treatment. Overall given the price point, location, quality of service provided as well as ambience it is a place that stands out and I highly recommend it.
