Katie is a brilliant stylist. The whole experience was brilliant, she was so friendly and took so much time to explain and check in with what I wanted. I went for a big change from blonde to natural brunette with a balayage at the ends and am happy with the result. The salon is lovely and everyone seemed so friendly, helpful and experienced.

Stylists are exceptional a tonic for both mind and body. Shame about the decor. Please rethink all pictures in stairwell as grotesque & confusing. It’s put friends off from returning. Inside salon needs a little TLC too. For those not put off by cosmetics you’re guaranteed a great service.

Gemma is amazing! I don’t trust anyone else to do my treatments (I worked in salons/clinics for years so so I’ve had many different people down there😂) she is by far the best. She is so warm and welcoming and her treatment standards are impeccable.

Whilst I usually see Kirstie I saw Elise today and she was excellent. I would be very happy having her cut my hair again. She made sure to thouroughly check everything and sought advice. Everyone else I spoke to was friendly and polite. I would absolutely recomend not only Elise but the salon as a whole

It's only.my 2nd visit to this salon. My hair is big, bushy and very tricky for many stylists to handle. But Kirsty handled it like the pro she is. I have left with hair that is smooth, sleek and a beautiful colour. My only regret is that I didn't find her sooner. Thanks Kirsty, I feel a million dollars. If only you could smooth my face like you do my hair X

I absolutely love getting my nails done by Emily! I always have some sort of nail art which Emily does such a great job with. She’s very friendly and easy to chat to. Her salon has a lovely calm and cosy vibe too. Really recommend 🫶

Emily is the best nail tech out there, she has been doing my nails for a long time now - she's so patient with me and listens to my ideas and advises me with my nail care. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. Plus she does an AMAZING luxurious Elmi pedicure and the most beautiful salon. 11 out of 10 all round.

Amazing as always. Gemma really is the 👑 when it comes to waxing and brows. Such a welcoming environment where you can relax whilst Gemma takes care of your fuzzies.
