I am never going to a different salon. What can I say but impressed. I am so nervous to go to a new salon. But wow Hayley is a genius. She made me feel welcome and understood what I truly wanted but also needed. I couldn’t thank her more. I am so happy. Can’t wait wai to be back!

Gemma is amazing! I don’t trust anyone else to do my treatments (I worked in salons/clinics for years so so I’ve had many different people down there😂) she is by far the best. She is so warm and welcoming and her treatment standards are impeccable.

It's only.my 2nd visit to this salon. My hair is big, bushy and very tricky for many stylists to handle. But Kirsty handled it like the pro she is. I have left with hair that is smooth, sleek and a beautiful colour. My only regret is that I didn't find her sooner. Thanks Kirsty, I feel a million dollars. If only you could smooth my face like you do my hair X

Absolutely fantastic! I went in with ruined hair from a mobile hairdresser and tegan did an absolutely amazing job at fixing it and making my hair fit for my wedding at the end of the month! Highly recommend this salon and tegan

My waxing journey literally began with Gemma because of the nerve damage I sustained during my c section. Couldn’t bare the feeling of shaving down there and after getting waxed with Gemma a year and a half ago, I’ve never looked back since and I have got her undeniable skill to thank! Right from the first appointment she made me feel so at ease. I hated the way my body felt after having my baby and she’s changed my life as cheesy as it sounds, I’m so grateful!

I’ve been having my hair cut at Design a head for many years and have never had a bad experience. Chloe is lovely and friendly and always does a great job. A lovely clean, warm and inviting salon that does a great cappuccino as well!

Had the BEST haircut with Paul today! So so so happy with my hair, he did it amazing! I have naturally curly hair (mixed white/Caribbean) so I have been messed around with hair cuts at different salons so many times in the past because they don’t know how to cut curly hair. Paul cut and styled my hair so well, exactly how I wanted it and clearly has a lot of experience with different hair types. Such a lovely person to talk to as well and overall the staff were so welcoming and lovely. Thank you Design A Head, can’t wait to come back.

Excellent service from the moment I walked in the door. My stylist Harry was excellent and really made me feel comfortable, took time during our conversation prior to starting cutting or washing my hair. The end result was way better than I was expecting and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this salon and specifically Harry to anyone!

Gemma makes you feel so comfortable with intimate waxing. She really helps with how to make it as pain free as possible too. Never going elsewhere!
