When I went in for an appointment and Lucy looked at my face she informed me she was wouldn’t be able to treat me today . Although I’m gutted I couldn’t follow through my appointment . The fact that I was refused a service for my own well being and for the benefit of me rather than just given it so money could be made is something a lot of salons don’t do . I was reassured , advised and rebooked in and it made a situation that started off not ideal to ending to me knowing that it was done in my best interest . Thank you always xx

This was my second time at Lou’s L.A.B and again I am beyond happy with the results and Lou’s service was amazing as always. I had my infills done and they could not be any more perfect! I will be using her for all my beauty services from here onwards ❤️

Natalie made me feel very welcome and was so easy to talk to. She made suggestions for my hair that I hadn't considered and I have left really happy with my new hairstyle! The salon is lovely and the coffee was great too! Thank you x

Perfection. Very pleased with my eyebrows, yet again Ursula has done a perfect job. She is so friendly and always happy to give treatment advice. A far more relaxing experience than going to a high street beauty salon.

Gemma is amazing! I don’t trust anyone else to do my treatments (I worked in salons/clinics for years so so I’ve had many different people down there😂) she is by far the best. She is so warm and welcoming and her treatment standards are impeccable.

I’ve been going to lou now for just over four years and honestly i can’t put into words how amazing she is in every aspect of what she does.Even when you don’t know what to ask for she knows what your imagining and gets it spot on everytime i always leave feeling so confident in myself!What makes lou services perfect isn’t just the lashes it’s how she goes the extra mile for you everytime,how attentive, friendly and caring she is i always know i am in safe hands Her salon is also so well kept and tidy she offers such a relaxing safe space i look forward to seeing lou everytime.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Ursula Beauty. She is amazing. I had a fabulous hydrofacial treatment . Such a welcoming and caring environment where you are made to feel so special. I can’t recommended Emily enough! My nails are PERFECT and exactly what I wanted! Emily is so easy to talk to, it feels like you’re chatting with a friend. Her salon is lovely & relaxing and I’m absolutely over the moon with my nails! I won’t go anywhere else! Thank you so much ⭐️

I absolutely love getting my nails done by Emily! I always have some sort of nail art which Emily does such a great job with. She’s very friendly and easy to chat to. Her salon has a lovely calm and cosy vibe too. Really recommend 🫶

Emily is the best nail tech out there, she has been doing my nails for a long time now - she's so patient with me and listens to my ideas and advises me with my nail care. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. Plus she does an AMAZING luxurious Elmi pedicure and the most beautiful salon. 11 out of 10 all round.

Always love getting my lashes done with Lauren, most down to earth lady and her salon is so cozy. Not to mention her work never fails to amaze me with how good it is ! Will forever recommend her to all my friends and family xx
