Abi made me feel at ease before the appointment so when the day came I wasn't that nervous, I just had a few questions which , as always, she knew the answer to. Her beauty room is gorgeous, a proper nice vibe. I felt totally relaxed. Little touches she does at the appointment make me know I will be back 100%.. thanks ABI, I feel fresher already x
