Emily is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is so knowledgeable about everything waxing and explains everything as she does it. I'm new to waxing and she made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I'll be completely honest, I didn't believe her when she said it gets better after the 1st wax, but I'm so glad I came back because she was absolutely right! I'll never go back!

I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

I have my waxing done with Abigail. She is professional , chatty and friendly. Makes me feel very comfortable and at ease, I have Hollywood done she does it quickly and it doesn’t feel too painful! The salon is always very clean and professional and all the other staff are friendly and welcoming too!

I absolutely LOVE going to Kayli's salon, I'm always made to feel welcome by her and her team.. Kayli always does exactly what you would like, she is Friendly too which makes me unwind.. The Salon is always clean which I like too.. This salon gets 10/10 from me.. A big bonus is a large car park which is important to me.. 💐

So today was full leg wax, V mould and Swedish massage. Once again Gemma worked miracles, finding and releasing knots and tightness with the massage that I never knew existed. Waxing is never ‘pleasurable’ but Gemma is brilliant at making it as comfortable as possible. Highly professional whilst making you feel at ease at all times. Highly recommended

I first started to experience treatments with Paula when she first started to work at Andre Bernard's and I continue to enjoy them on a regular basis. I regard Paula as a friend and value her knowledge and professionalism in her detail to perfection owning a salon that has a warm and comfortable ambience. She is welcoming and friendly and has a very caring nature. I highly recommend Beauty Therapy by Paula for fabulous treatments and fantastic service.

Gemma was fantastic as always. Full leg wax, v mould and full body massage. Waxing is never high on the list of ‘fun’ things to do but Gemma always makes it as pleasurable an experience as possible by making sure you’re comfortable and at ease all the way through the process. Massage was brilliant. Gemma was able to release several tension knots, constantly checking that everything was fine and I left feeling absolutely amazing. So pleased I found Gemma and have no hesitation in recommending her 🌟
