Amazing service! It was my first in person wax appointment and Brenna made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The experience was hardly painful and went very smoothly and quickly. I would highly recommend Nova Wax Bar to anyone and definitely will be a repeat customer whenever I am in Ottawa!

It’s always a wonderful time and service and I love going there for my wax it’s worth it 100% percent I always feel like I’m just catching up with long distance family the staff is just so nice and friendly and you leave feeling so REFRESHED and LOVED as a human being we all go through stuff I feel like I just got out of my therapist office and it was a successful day ALL IN TOTAL SO GO GET WAXED!!! 😊😊

Super friendly employees and professional waxing and cleanliness! Love their practices and they are very knowledgeable in what they do and how to take care of yourself afterwards. Got to book their services while traveling through and will definitely use them again when I am back in town! They also made some great recommendations for places to check out where I was traveling! Brenna & Nova Wax Bar are absolutely wonderful! I am so so glad I went here, even though I’m always nervous going to a new waxer. She goes out of her way to walk you through all the steps and makes you feel so comfortable through the Brazilian wax. She welcomes all people at her wax bar, and if you are larger/plus sized, you can rest assured that she is a wonderful choice who not only does a beautiful job of waxing, but also makes you feel so welcome and comfortable! This was my first time at Nova Wax Bar Ltd and Brenna was very friendly and helpful, she has excellent knowledge for waxing and she also gives you post waxing tips and explains you everything in detail if it’s your first or even if you’re a regular and I have never had anyone explain me so much about it at any other places I have been and I was very impressed with that. Overall the place is very clean and hygienic and Brenna is very welcoming. I highly recommend this place! :)
