I went to Janes for a haircut and beard trim and she did an absolute fabulous job! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted and outdid my expectations on my beard. This was the first time in years I've had a haircut in Canada that I can be proud of, thanks to her. Today I had the owner, Paula, as my Laser Hair Removal treatment provider. Paula was very engaging in conversation and took great care to ensure that the process was comfortable and that I was relaxed and confident in her performing the treatment in place of Arlex. I was indeed comfortable. Paula did a great job, professional and friendly at the same time. I recommend this location of Elva Aesthetics as a place where you'll get professional individuals who look after you and are pleasantly engaging.

I know that I'm repeating myself, but it is the truth. Arlex is great as a representative of Eva Aesthetics (Stoney Creek), and the new owner Paula is also. Arlex makes certain at all times that you are comfortable--both the the procedure (she articulates what is/will be happening clearly and ensures that you are okay to proceed) and with the procedure itself. It may seem odd to say, but the laser hair removal is a relaxing point of the day/week. I experience no discomfort during or after the session. I'm looking forward to the final results when the sessions are completed in September 2024.

Arlex is great! She knows her stuff, she's pleasant to interact with an is always making sure you are 100% comfortable with the procedure (laser hair removal). Arlex explains the procedure, answers any questions you may have knowledgeably, making certain that you are comfortable with the process. I highly recommend Alrex as your "go to" person for any/all laser hair removal treatments. I can't say enough about how comfortable Arlex has made me feel about something that could otherwise cause embarrassment to discuss, and/or have done.
