Angie did my waxing today. Very happy with it. Had my acrylic Nail extensions done by Marisa three weeks ago. They still look great. Having more stuff done next week. Highly recommend salon and buy the packages well worth it

I have been looking for an excellent salon since moving to Dubai which are great with blonde hair. From the moment of booking my appointment the staff at Iconic are just simply amazing. I cannot recommend Stacey highly enough! She is incredible, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have really struggled to get the blonde colour I had before moving to Dubai - I am incredibly happy with my results! The salon has a very warm feeling and my whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. The head massage was also an amazing additional touch! I cannot recommend this place more!

First time at the salon in al wasl, the moroccan bath was absolutely amazing. Marie-Rose is very professional, attentive to detail and caring. The salon has a zen atmosphere. Everything went smooth. The only feedback I would add is to confirm with client that you are charging for drying the hair (not even a full blow dry) which for me shouldn’t have been charged as I was told that I would pay only for the hair wash. Overall experience was great. Thank you

Lovely atmosphere, the ladies there were extremely friendly and sweet. They made me feel comfortable especially at the fact it was my first time going to this salon. I got my lashes, pedicure, and nails done through Lizz, Rooney, and another lady who I sadly cannot seem to remember her name however I think she goes by the name Rose. These three were very lovely and well mannered. All the staff members including the receptionists were amazing. Hopefully will be returning back as a frequent client considering they’ve earned my trust.

My experience with this salon and the ladies is great but today I was very annoyed by a client how was talking on her phone for almost half an hour with her loud voice disrespected that we don’t want to listen to the hole conversation. I complained about this to the receptionist and I hope that this will not happen again.

Really happy and impressed with my french refill manicure by Cindi at Sasha salon in Barsha branch. She is beyond professional and did an amazing job. She is super fast whilst taking gentle care to maintain perfection.

Nail technician Ann was absolutely amazing as usual. She is a real asset to the Barsha based Sasha Salon. Ann always takes care of her clients, listening to what they want, while working fast, with excellent detail to perfection. I always leave the salon feeling refreshed. My only observations today is that the WiFi password should be displayed on the wall of the salon, to make it easier for the customer to see rather than always having to ask for it. Mostly all other nail places across Dubai have WiFi passwords displayed for customer to see.

Since I started with glossy globe I have not gone anywhere else. My nails have lasted like no other manicure & pedicure every have. It's also great to be able to get everything I need done by one salon. So happy to have found the company that works best for me and do everything so well.

Amazing salon, super kind stuff… big recommendation ! Especially I would like to say all the best for Rose! She is great!
