My overall experience was great. My massage therapist, Malik, was professional and listened to what I was experiencing with regard to pain in my body. The receptionist was very welcoming and professional as well. My daughters purchased gift certificates for a massage and the salt cave. My experience was wonderful!

This was my first time visiting this spa. I purchased the Mother's Day package and attended with my sister, mom, and mother-in-law. The location was so pretty! And clean! The aesthetic is very luxe feeling and instantly you're greeted by a gorgeous and kind staff. The massage was definitely 10/10! The therapist was willing to communicate and even offered suggestions for pain management at the end. The salt cave was super cute and very relaxing. Myself and my guests loved our experience overall--it was all we could talk about for the rest of the weekend. Definitely recommend!

Amazing experience as always. We enjoyed the graduation tower which is my long time favorite. We noticed the addition of the red light therapy with halo and opted to try it. Laura was so friendly and made our visit. Love it!

The MOST affordable premium spa facility I've ever been to. It's incredibly clean and beautiful. The sauna is superb, the shower rinse off was amazing, the salt cave and message were breath taking. And the salt lamps they sell are so incredibly low in price. The atmosphere is super cozy and luxurious and clean. The staff is so friendly! I loved it here. This was my first visit here and I plan on coming here twice monthly. Way better than the city prices and services I've purchased in Chicago.

I would highly recommend The Salt Cave for massage therapy. I had Becky as my massage therapist initially and requested her for my second massage which I had today. She is an excellent massage therapist. She listened exactly to my explanation of problem spots and offered the right amount of pressure that I was comfortable with. She is very professional, timely and gifted in her career.

I had the most relaxing massage today at Royal Salt Cave with Kat, and it was incredible. I added aromatherapy, which took the entire experience to the next level. Kat was wonderful — not only an amazing massage therapist, but also so easy and enjoyable to talk to, which made the session even more comforting. The massage bed was perfectly warm, and the salt cave itself is always so calming and welcoming.

My technician applied a little too much pressure in a tender area. Otherwise, the stone therapy was good.
