Honestly, the best treatment I have had so far. I have tried different therapists in Portsmouth and came across this one by chance (it was a present) but will definitely stick to her as a massage therapist/physio. I highly recommend her.

Thank you for another fantastic visit. I love having the red light therapy. It seems to give me an energy and vitality boost that lasts for days. It was my last of 5 floatation experiences and I can honestly say that all the tension has now left my body. My mind is still and my energy balanced and calm. Had an amazing day, tried out a variety of treatments, cryo chamber, floatation tank, hydro massage and red light therapy. The staff very very helpful and informative about each treatment and were happy to help. The venue was clean and tidy, a lovely warm temperature and happily walked around in our dressing gowns. Lovely red light therapy treatment today, my second time and I can already see the difference, my skin on my face is much brighter and smoother.

I have been using the red light bed and decided to try out the hydrotherapy massage. Didn’t know what to expect but thoroughly enjoyed it. The team at Revive are so warm and friendly and the enthusiasm and knowledge of the treatments are fantastic.
